涡旋压缩机几何尺寸对流阻与传热的影响研究

摘  要:针对涡旋压缩机的流阻损失以及传热对涡旋压缩机性能的影响,通过研究涡旋压缩机型线几何参数对涡旋压缩机的流动阻力损失以及传热的影响,得出了涡旋压缩机型线几何参数与涡旋压缩机各处流动阻力损失以及换热量的数学关系式,然后综合考虑涡旋压缩机的流阻以及传热,建立起了几何参数与流阻传热之间的数学模型。研究结果表明:涡旋压缩机型线几何参数对动涡盘运动引起的流动阻力损失最大。Aiming at the influence of flow resistance and heat transfer of scroll compressor on the performance of scroll compressor,the influence of the geometric parameters of scroll compressor profile on the flow resistance loss and heat transfer is studied,and the mathematical relationship between the geometric parameters of compressor profile and the flow resistance loss and heat transfer of scroll compressor is obtained.Then,the flow resistance and heat transfer of compressor are comprehensively considered to establish the mathematical model between the geometric parameters and the flow resistance heat transfer.The research results show that the geometric parameters of scroll compressor profile have the greatest influence on the flow resistance loss caused by the motion of orbiting scroll.
