摘 要:针对某往复氢气压缩机排气阀在空气试车过程中出现的气阀断裂失效的实际问题,初步分析了气阀断裂部位、结构和工作特性。研究了发生断裂的气阀阀座危险截面在正常载荷和冲击载荷作用下的受力情况,重点分析了影响阀片冲击载荷变化的主要因素。研究结果表明,试车过程中气阀失效主要受阀片密度和冲击速度变化影响。结合现场试车时的实际操作工况,确定了气阀断裂的主要原因。从工程设计角度,提出了往复式氢气压缩机试车方案的改进措施,研究结果可以为今后同类压缩机空气试车方案的制定提供参考。With respect to the fracture failure of a reciprocating hydrogen compressor gas valves during air commissioning,the fracture position,structure and working characteristics of discharge gas valve were analyzed.The stress on the risk cross section of the fractured valve seat under working load and impact load was studied.The main factors which influence the change of impact load were the density of valve plate and impact velocity.Considering the commissioning operation condition,the main reason of the gas valves failure was determined.The commissioning improvement for developing the commissioning scheme for reciprocating hydrogen compressor was proposed from engineering perspective,which can provide reference for developing the commissioning scheme for similar type of air compressor in future project.
