摘　　要：通过对酯类基础油及抗氧剂、防锈剂、极压抗磨剂等添加剂的筛选考察,研制出一种合成酯型空气压缩机油,具有优良的抗氧化性、防锈性和极压抗磨性,同时蒸发损失低、积碳溶解能力强、橡胶相容性好、水解安定性稳定,在航运及石化领域压缩机设备中分别使用8000h和一年后,各项性能表现良好,完全满足高温、高压等苛刻条件下往复压缩机的冷却和润滑要求。Through the screening and investigation of ester base oil,antioxidant agent,antirust agent,extreme pressure antiwear agent and other additives,a type of synthetic ester air compressor oil was researched and developed.The oil has excellent performance in oxidation resistance,rust resistance,extreme pressure antiwear,evaporation loss,carbon deposition solubility,rubber compatibility and hydrolysis stability.After used in the compressor equipments of shipping and petrochemical fields for 8000h and one year respectively,the properties of the oil were good,which fully meets the cooling and lubrication requirements of the reciprocating compressors under harsh conditions such as high temperature and high pressure.
