摘 要:曝气系统能耗约占城镇污水处理厂总能耗的45%~70%。微孔曝气器因其较高的氧传质效率被广泛运用,由于活性污泥混合液中固体物质、溶解性污染物和微生物的存在,微孔曝气器在实际处理过程中的氧传质效率明显低于在清水中测得的标准氧传质效率。文中综述了活性污泥混合液中常规组分对氧传质效率的影响,并对各影响因素的作用机理进行总结,以期为城镇污水处理厂优化运行、节能降耗措施的提出提供参考。The energy consumption of the aeration system accounts for 45%~70%of the total energy consumption of municipal wastewater treatment plants(WWTPs).Fine-pore diffuser is widely used because of their high oxygen transfer efficiency.Due to the presence of solids,soluble pollutants and microorganisms in the activated sludge mixed liquor,the oxygen transfer efficiency of the fine-pore diffusers in the actual treatwent process is significantly lower than the standard oxygen transfer efficiency measured in clean water.This review summarizes the effects and mechanisms of conventional components in the activated sludge on the oxygen transfer efficiency to provide references for the optimization of municipal WWTPs operation and the proposal of energy-saving and consumptionreducing strategies.
