摘 要:从江苏某处理规模为4.0万m^(3)/d的市政污水厂排放COD_(Cr)、BOD_(5)和SS未达GB 18918—2002一级A标准“痛点”出发,考察曝气生化段加装生物截留器后处理出水。结果表明,仅需加装3组生物截留器,总出水COD_(Cr)、BOD_(5)、SS稳定在(38.0±4.0)、(8±1)、(7±1)mg/L(满足GB 18918—2002一级A标准),同时全年COD_(Cr)、BOD_(5)、SS运行出水稳定在(37.0±4.0)、(8±1)、(7±1)mg/L,对应合格天数频次为100%±3%、97%±5%、99%±5%。在投资成本小幅提升基础下,可不停水施工调试,有效避免了污水厂停工到再启的潜在风险,同时投资回收周期约为14个月。Due to the new water quality standards,the“pain point”was the values of COD_(Cr),BOD_(5) and SS from the wastewater treatment plant of 40000 t/d in Jiangsu which did not meet the requirements of the first grade A criteria.By the comparison of the original aeration processes,the concentrations in the of COD_(Cr),BOD_(5),SS effluents were maintained respectively at(38.0±4.0),(8±1),(7±1)mg/L when the three biological interceptors were added.The water quality standards of the effluents with the biological interceptors were met the requirements of the first grade A criteria of GB 18918—2002.It was also analyzed the stabilities of the effluents from the biological interceptors in 365 days of a year when COD_(Cr),BOD_(5),SS concentrations were respectively of(37.0±4.0),(8±1),(7±1)mg/L.The qualified rates of operation days were 100%±3%,97%±5%,99%±5%,respectively.Thus,the construction and commissioning without water cut-off could be efficiently carried out to preventing the potential risk of shutdown and restart up of the sewage plant while the investment recovery period was about 14 months.
