摘 要:西北地区某全地下式污水处理厂采用MBR工艺,处理规模为8万m^(3)/d,出水水质指标优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)的一级A标准。文章介绍了该厂区用地和平面布局、工艺方案、设计参数、运行效果等。经分析,项目的运行费用(电费+药剂费)为0.985元/m^(3),单位电耗为0.621 kW·h/m^(3)。同时提出了通过多种阀门组合以及不间断电源(UPS)的使用来控制进水安全,以优化碳源投加为例,提出在运行中应控制生化池曝气量在1~2 mg/L,启用两点进水方式等节约运行成本,在设备选型、MBR工艺设计等方面也提出了注意事项和建议,可为类似项目的设计提供参考。An underground wastewater treatment plant(WWTP)in Northwest China adopts MBR process with a treatment capacity of 80000 m^(3)/d.The effluent quality indices are better than the first class A criteria of the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants(GB 18918—2002).This paper introduces the land use,plan layout,process scheme,design parameters and operation effect of the plant.After analysising,the operation cost of the project is 0.985 yuan/m^(3)(electricity fee+reagent fee),and the unit power consumption is 0.621 kW·h/m^(3).At the same time,it is proposed to control the water influent safety through a variety of valve combinations and the use of uninterruptible power supply(UPS).Taking the optimization of carbon source dosing as an example,it is proposed to control the aeration volume of biochemical tank at 1~2 mg/L and enable two-point water influent mode to save the operation cost.Precautions and suggestions are also put forward in terms of equipment selection and MBR process design,which could provide reference for the design of similar projects.
