摘 要:为提高滤池出水水质和处理能力,提高自动化运行水平,苏北某水厂对普通快滤池进行了改造,将单水冲改为气水反冲洗,配水系统由滤砖更换为长柄滤头,并将滤料、承托层、排水槽进行更换。在超负荷运行的前提下,文中针对滤池改造前存在问题、改造内容和改造效果进行了分析。结果表明,改造后出水水质显著改善,滤后水浑浊度从0.70~0.90 NTU降至0.20 NTU,有效地缓解了后续深度处理系统的运行压力。文中还详述了改造过程中遇到的一些问题和解决方案,可为类似项目提供借鉴。In order to improve the outflow quality and treatment capacity of the filter,and improve the automatic operation level,the ordinary fast filter of a water treatment plant(WTP)in Northern Jiangsu is reconstructed,which changed the single water flushing to gas-water backwashing,and replaced the filter brick water distribution system with long handle filter head,and replaced the filter material,support layer and drainage tank.Under the premise of overload operation,this paper analyzes the existing problems before the transformation of the filter,reconstruction contents and effects.The results show that after the reconstruction,the effluent quality is significantly improved,and the turbidity of filtered water is reduced from 0.70~0.90 NTU to 0.20 NTU,which effectively alleviates the treatment pressure of the subsequent advanced treatment system.This paper also describes in detail some problems and solutions encountered in the reconstruction process,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
