摘  要:颅内巨大动脉瘤破裂引起的自发性直接颈动脉海绵窦瘘临床上较为少见,大多源于颈内动脉海绵窦段动脉瘤破裂,异常血流流入海绵窦,进而引发眼-神经症状,治疗上难度较大。作者报道并分析了1例采用复合技术成功治愈由颈内动脉海绵窦段巨大动脉瘤破裂引起的颈动脉海绵窦瘘患者的临床资料,以期提高临床医师对该疾病治疗的认识。Spontaneous direct carotid-cavernous fistula(CCF)caused by a giant ruptured aneurysm located in the cavernous internal carotid artery aneurysm(CCA)is a rare disease.It usually caused by ruptured CCA with direct shunting into the cavernous sinus,resulting in neuro-ophthalmological symptoms and is difficult to treat.The authors reported a case of successful compound technology treatment for CCF caused by ruptured giant CCA,so as to improve clinicians′understanding of this disease.
