摘　　要：颅内巨大动脉瘤的治疗充满风险与挑战,血流导向装置的应用为该类动脉瘤的治疗提供了新的思路。作者报道1例血流导向装置治疗颅内巨大动脉瘤术中破裂出血的病例,复习了国内外相关文献,探讨颅内巨大动脉瘤的治疗方法、术中出血性并发症的原因及预防策略。The treatment of giant intracranial aneurysms is full of challenges and risks.The application of flow diverter provides a new idea for the treatment of such aneurysms.The authors reported a case of giant intracranial aneurysm rupture during implantation of flow diverter,and discussed the treatment of giant intracranial aneurysms,the causes of intraoperative rupture,and prevention strategies by reviewing the literature.
