基于ASEB模型的甘孜州体育旅游资源开发分析

摘　　要：西部大开发以来,甘孜藏族自治州的旅游业得到了较快发展。尤其是近几年,体育旅游发展势头强劲。体育旅游的快速发展,离不开区域体育旅游资源的有效开发。因此,分析甘孜州体育旅游资源开发的优势、劣势及实现路径意义重大。通过ASEB分析模型分析发现,该区域资源优势明显,表现在体育旅游资源丰富、开发潜力大、价值高、交通通达性增强,但资源开发中也存在项目区域资源整合不够、开发层次低、体育旅游配套设施不完善、专业人才匮乏等问题。基于此,以旅游者个性化需求为导向,提出整合区际资源、政企农教多方参与、多媒介搭台、开发特色体育项目等开发路径,以实现甘孜州体育旅游资源的开发价值。Since the development of western China,tourism in Ganzi Prefecture has developed rapidly,which is closely connected with the effective exploitation of sports tourism resources here.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze advantages,disadvantages and routes of exploiting sports tourism resources in Ganzi Prefecture.Based on the ASEB model,it is found that the sports tourism resources in Ganzi Prefecture are of extravagance,of great potential,of high value and of enhanced traffic accessibility,but there are also some problems,such as insufficient integration of regional resources,low level of exploitation,imperfect sports tourism facilities,scarcity of relevant professional talents.This paper puts forward some strategies,such as integrating inter-regional resources,multi-participation of government,enterprises,agriculture and education,multi-media construction,and developing characteristic sports projects,to realize the value of sports tourism resources in Ganzi Prefecture.
