摘　　要：根据点轴理论,川藏铁路沿线可开发为经济带。甘孜州已初步具备川藏铁路(甘孜段)沿线经济带的发展基础,经济带建设对推进甘孜州经济高质量发展,促进民族团结,生态文明建设等具有重要的战略意义。经济带建设应实现生态经济带全面建成、重构甘孜州经济版图等战略目标,可通过构建“一轴三核六点三圈”的产业经济带布局等战略路径,经过准备期、起步期、成长期、成熟期和稳定期战略步骤,建立科学规划、完善制度、要素准备、强化组织等配套保障推进经济带建成,实现战略目标。According to the point axis theory,the Sichuan-Xizang Railway can be developed into an economic belt along the line.Ganzi Prefecture already has the development foundation of the economic belt along the Sichuan-Xizang Railway(Ganzi section).The construction of economic belt is of great strategic significance to promote high-quality economic development,national unity and ecological civilization.The construction of the economic belt should achieve the strategic goals of the comprehensive construction of the eco-economic belt and the reconstruction of the economic map of Ganzi Prefecture.The goals can be realized by constructing the layout of the industrial economic belt of“one axis,three cores,six points and three circles”.Through strategic steps of preparation period,start-up period,growth period,mature period and stable period,and by establishing the scientific plan,perfecting the system,preparing essential factors,and strengthening the organization,the construction of economic belt and the strategic goals can be realized.
