摘 要:为降低天窗电机运行噪声,首先提出横向筋和纵向筋2种噪声解耦方案,开展横向筋解耦装置与原车螺栓刚性连接状态遮阳帘电机运行噪声对比试验,在天窗后排框架使用4个横向筋解耦装置时,驾驶员耳旁位置噪声降低3.5 dB(A),然后提出了天窗电机运行噪声优化评价方法,并设计正交试验探究2种解耦装置各因素对噪声优化影响的显著性。结果表明:多个纵向筋解耦装置降噪效果明显优于单个横向筋解耦装置;影响纵向筋解耦装置降噪效果的主要因素是解耦件硬度,硬度越小,降噪效果越好;所提出的噪声优化评价方法可以客观定性分析解耦装置各因素影响显著性,评价结果不随权重系数的改变而改变。In order to reduce the operation noise of the sunroof motor,this paper firstly presents 2 noise decoupling devices,namely horizontal rib and vertical rib decoupling device.Then sun blind motor operation noise comparison test is conducted between horizontal rib decoupling device and original car state.The sun blind motor operation noise can reduce 3.5 dB(A)in the driver’s ear position when using 4 horizontal rib decoupling device in the sunroof rear frame.This paper then proposes the method of sunroof motor operation noise optimization evaluation,and designs orthogonal test to explore the significance of the influence factors on noise optimization of 2 decoupling devices.The results show that the noise reduction effect of multiple vertical rib decoupling device is obviously better than single horizontal rib decoupling device.The main factor affecting the noise reduction effect of vertical rib decoupling device is the hardness of the decoupling part,the smaller the hardness,the better the noise reduction effect.The noise optimization evaluation method proposed in this paper can objectively analyze the significance of the factors of decoupling device,and the evaluation results do not change with the change of weight coefficient.
