高频彩色多普勒超声技术在妇科疾病诊断中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的研究分析高频彩色多普勒超声检查技术在各种妇科疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法151例女性妇科疾病患者为研究对象,均行二维超声和高频彩色多普勒超声诊断,比较二维超声和高频彩色多普勒超声的检查结果及图像质量。结果高频彩色多普勒超声诊断的子宫肌壁间肌瘤、卵巢囊肿、子宫内膜单纯性增生、子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜腺癌、宫外孕和宫内节育器检出率分别为93.75%、92.86%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%,均明显高于二维超声诊断的71.88%、71.43%、66.67%、66.67%、69.23%、60.00%、87.88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高频彩色多普勒超声诊断的图像质量优良率为98.68%,明显高于二维超声诊断的90.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高频彩色多普勒超声诊断效果优于二维超声诊断,因此更适用于妇科疾病的早期诊断,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study and analyze the clinical value of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound technology in the diagnosis of gynecological diseases.Methods There were 151 female patients with gynecological diseases selected as the research subjects.All patients underwent two-dimensional ultrasound and high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound.The examination results and image quality of two-dimensional ultrasound and high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound were compared.Results The detection rates of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound for intramural fibroids,ovarian cysts,simple endometrial hyperplasia,endometrial polyps,endometrial adenocarcinoma,ectopic pregnancy and intrauterine device were 93.75%,92.86%,100.00%,100.00%,100.00%,100.00%,and 100.00%,which were significantly higher than 71.88%,71.43%,66.67%,66.67%,69.23%,60.00%,and 87.88%of two-dimensional ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of image quality of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound was 98.68%,which was significantly higher than 90.07%of two-dimensional ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic effect of high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound is better than that of two-dimensional ultrasound diagnosis,so it is more suitable for the early diagnosis of gynecological diseases and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
