摘　　要：损容性皮肤病是临床比较常见的疾病,其病因与遗传因素、紫外线照射、情绪压力精神神经因素以及自身免疫力下降等有或多或少的关系,因其表现为皮肤表面的色素沉着或色素脱色、丘疹、脓疱、瘢痕等,严重影响美观,更有甚者影响患者的生理心理健康。本综述主要从病因、临床表现、病理及治疗方面对雀斑、黄褐斑、Riehl黑变病、白癜风和痤疮作详细阐述,旨在为恢复患者的容颜提供参考。Discosmetic dermatosis is a relatively common disease in clinical practice,and its etiology is more or less related to genetic factors,ultraviolet radiation,emotional stress,mental and neurologic factors,as well as the decline of autoimmunity,because its performance for hyperpigmentation or depigmentation of the skin surface,papules,pustules,scarring,etc.,which seriously affects the aesthetics and,in some cases,the physical and psychological health of patients.This review focuses on the etiology,clinical manifestations,pathology and treatment of freckles,melasma,Riehl's melanosis,vitiligo and acne in detail,aiming to provide a reference for restoring the patients'appearance.
