摘　　要：目的:探讨吸痰管与3M加压固定胶带自制固定装置在留置胃管患者中的应用效果。方法:选取80例因胃肠减压、肠内营养需留置胃管的患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例。对照组使用3M胶带固定胃管,观察组使用吸痰管与3M加压固定胶带自制装置固定胃管。比较两组胃管不良事件发生率、皮肤不良事件发生率及舒适度。结果:观察组胃管不良事件发生率为5.00%(2/40),低于对照组的25.00%(10/40);观察组皮肤不良事件发生率为7.50%(3/40),低于对照组的35.00%(14/40),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组舒适度为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的62.50%(25/40),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用吸痰管与3M加压固定胶带自制胃管固定装置,能有效降低胃管移位、脱落及皮肤不良事件发生率,提高患者舒适度,效果优于传统3M胶带固定。Objective:To explore application effects of self-made fixation device made from suction tube and 3M pressurized fixation tape in patients with indwelling gastric tube.Methods:80 patients with gastric tube indwelling due to gastrointestinal decompression and enteral nutrition were selected as the research objects and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each.The control group used 3M tape to fix the gastric tube,while the observation group used the self-made fixation device made from the suction tube and the 3M pressurized fixation tape fix the gastric tube.The incidence of gastric tube adverse events,the incidence of adverse skin events and the comfort were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of gastric tube adverse events in the observation group was 5.00%(2/40),which was lower than 25.00%(10/40)in the control group;the incidence of adverse skin events in the observation group was 7.50%(3/40),which was lower than that the control group of 35.00%(14/40);and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the comfort level of the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 62.50%(25/40)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The self-made fixation device made from suction tube and 3M pressurized fixation tape can effectively reduce the incidences of gastric tube displacement,dislocation and adverse skin events,and improve the patient comforts.Moreover,it is superior to the traditional 3M tape fixation.
