基于“317护”APP的健康教育与行为护理在髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:观察基于“317护”APP的健康教育与行为护理在髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取84例行髋关节置换术患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各42例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上采用基于“317护”APP的健康教育与行为护理,比较两组遵医率,护理前后髋关节功能、疾病相关认知(用药常识、疾病知识、健康教育知识)评分、负性情绪评分,以及护理满意度。结果:研究组遵医率为97.62%,高于对照组的80.95%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组Harris髋关节功能评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组用药常识、疾病知识、健康教育知识等疾病相关认知评分均高于护理前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,两组SAS、SDS评分均低于护理前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理满意度为95.24%,高于对照组的78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用基于“317护”APP下的健康教育与行为护理,可提高髋关节置换术患者遵医率、髋关节功能评分、疾病相关认知评分和护理满意度,降低负性情绪评分,效果优于单纯常规护理。Objective:To observe application effects of“317 nursing”APP-based health education and behavioral nursing on patients with hip replacement.Methods:84 patients with hip replacement were selected as the research objects and were divided into study group and control group according to the random number table method,42 cases in each.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group was given the“317 nursing”APP-based health education and behavioral nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The compliance rate,the hip function,the disease-related cognition(medication knowledge,disease knowledge,and health education knowledge)scores,the negative emotion score,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after the nursing.Results:The compliance rate of the study group was 97.62%,which was higher than 80.95%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the Harris hip function scores in both groups were higher than those before the nursing,that of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disease-related cognitive scores such as medication knowledge,disease knowledge,and health education knowledge in the two groups were all higher than those before the nursing,those of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were lower than those before the nursing,those of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.24%,which was higher than the control group of 78.57%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the“317 nursing”APP-based health education and behavioral nursing for the patients with hip replacement can imp
