摘　　要：《象牙塔》是《方舟》杂志刊载的一部长篇电影文学剧本,它以20世纪30年代国民政府的现代化工程———“新生活运动”为背景,用“纸上电影”的流行样式,为个人、家庭、社会作现代化“形塑”,集中展示摩登文化和爱国青年形象。无论内容还是形式方面,《象牙塔》一文都极具前瞻性和现代感,有出色的摩登外观和丰富文化蕴含,投射出领先于时代的民族意识和世界主义的现代性诉求。Ivory Tower is a long screenplay published in the Ark magazine.It takes the modernization project of the national government in 1930s-“New Life Movement”as the background,uses the popular literary style of“Paper film”to shape the modernization of individuals,families and society,so as to display the modern culture and the image of patriotic youth.In terms of content and form,Ivory Tower is very forward-looking and modern.It has an excellent“modern”appearance and rich cultural connotation,projecting the national consciousness ahead of the times and the modernity appeal of cosmopolitanism.
