摘 要:社员因资源禀赋差异而具有异质性,这种初始的异质性在合作社的运行过程中会又引发利益诉求、参与水平、角色作用等方面的社员异质性。社员异质性能提升经营绩效,但过度的社员异质性会影响合作社的规范运行。异质性的影响机制在于初始的异质性能够对合作社出资机制产生直接影响,并且形成了一条通过影响出资机制,进而影响管理机制,而后影响分配机制的传导路径,最终影响合作社整体的规范运行。这种影响机制被验证,说明了社员异质性是不规范现象产生的一个原因,为规范合作社提供了一种新思路,即以弱化异质性的影响来解决合作社的不规范问题。Members are heterogeneous due to differences in resource endowments. This initial heterogeneity will lead to the member heterogeneity in terms of interest demands, participation levels, roles, etc. in the operation of cooperatives. Member heterogeneity improves business performance, but excessive member heterogeneity will affect the standard operation of cooperatives. The impact mechanism of heterogeneity is that initial heterogeneity can have a direct impact on the degree of standardization of the cooperative’s funding mechanism and form a transmission path that affects the capital contribution mechanism, and then affects the management mechanism and the distribution mechanism, and finally affects the overall operating norms of the cooperative. The verification of this influence mechanism shows that the heterogeneity of members is an important source of irregularities, and provides a new way to regulate cooperatives, that is, to solve the irregular problems of cooperatives by weakening the influence of primary heterogeneity.
