摘  要:采用硅胶和凝胶柱色谱技术,结合现代波谱学方法及其理化性质分析,从旱芹菜(Apium graveolens L.)干燥根醇提物乙酸乙酯部位中共分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为软脂酸(1)、肉桂醛(2)、柚皮素(3)、异东莨菪素(4)、花椒毒素(5)、6-甲基-5,7-二羟基苯酞(6)、2-苯基乙基-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(7)、芹菜素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、红景天苷(9)。其中化合物3、4、6、7和9首次从该属植物中分离得到。采用MTT法测试化合物1~9对人肝癌细胞株BEL-7402、胃癌细胞SGC-7901和人肺癌细胞A549的体外细胞毒活性,结果表明,化合物4对肺癌细胞A549的生长具有一定的抑制作用。Nine compounds were isolated and purified from the ethyl acetate fraction of Apium graveolens L.roots by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies.Their chemical structures were identified on the basis of their physical and chemical properties.These isolated compounds were elucidated as palmitic acid(1),cinnamaldehyde(2),naringenin(3),Isoscopoletin(4),xanthotoxin(5),6-methyl-5,7-dihydroxyPhthalide(6),2-phenylethyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),apigenin-7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8)and salidroside(9).Compounds 3,4,6,7 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.All isolated compounds were evaluated in vitro by MTT assay against human liver cancer cell line BEL-7402,human gastric cancer cell line SGC-7901 and human lung cancer cell A549.Compound 4 showed cytotoxic effect against A549.
