摘　　要：非标设备质量控制是各类重大石油类物资监理项目的重中之重。本文说明了石油类非标设备的制造特点,并对其质量控制内容和监理方案进行了介绍,着重阐述了非标设备中压力容器制造过程中的监理要点,总结了监理过程中质量问题及整改措施,为确保石油类非标设备质量符合技术要求、提升出厂合格率提供了借鉴和参考。The quality control of non-standard equipment is the top priority of various major petroleum material supervision projects.This paper describes the manufacturing characteristics of petroleum non-standard equipment,introduces its quality control content and supervision scheme,focuses on the supervision points in the pressure vessel manufacturing process,and summarizes the quality problems and rectification methods in the supervision process.It provides a reference for ensuring that the quality of petroleum non-standard equipment meets the technical requirements and improving the ex-factory qualification rate of pressure vessels.
