摘　　要：随着真空淬火炉在热处理的普及,加强对真空淬火炉的管理尤为重要。本文列举了在实际工作中,因对真空淬火炉管理不到位,造成零件和设备出现的常见问题。提出了设备管理意识教育、制度落实、工艺纪律检查、设备档案和改进活动的控制措施,以期为相关从业人员做好真空淬火炉的管理提供一定的参考。With the popularization of vacuum quenching furnace in heat treatment,it is very important to strengthen the management of vacuum quenching furnace.The common problems of parts and equipment caused by inadequate management of vacuum quenching furnace in practical work are illustrated.The control measures of equipment management consciousness education,system implementation,process discipline inspection,equipment files and improvement activities are put forward,in order to provide some reference for the management of vacuum quenching furnace.
