摘  要:600 mm连铸圆坯经轧机轧制为240 mm^(2)方坯,快锻机将240 mm^(2)轧坯锻造为Ф150 mm轴类锻件,部分锻件端部出现开裂现象。为此采用模拟锻造、超声波探伤、材料纵剖等手段,寻找产生开裂的原因,最终定性为轧坯内部的[H]原子超过一定的量后,在放置过程中结合为[H]分子,体积急剧膨胀,造成原材料内部晶间开裂缺陷,经锻造后出现开裂现象。为了减少H对轴坯内部质量的影响,在轧后红钢状态下选择合理的缓冷工艺,改善轧坯内部质量,杜绝在用户现场出现端部开裂问题。600 mm continuous casting round billet is rolled into 240 mm^(2) square billet by rolling mill. Rapid forging machine forge 240 mm^(2) billet into Ф150 mm shaft forgings. Cracking occurs at the end of some forgings. Therefore, by means of simulated forging, ultrasonic flaw detection and material longitudinal section, the causes of cracking are found. Finally, it is determined that after the [H] atom in the rolling blank exceeds a certain amount, it is combined into [H] molecules during placement, and the volume expands rapidly, resulting in intergranular cracking defects in the raw material, and cracking occurs after forging. In order to reduce the influence of H on the internal quality of shaft billet, a reasonable slow cooling process is selected in the state of red steel after rolling to improve the internal quality of rolled billet and eliminate the problem of end cracking at the user’s site.
