摘 要:针对连铸特厚板Q420GJBZ35厚拉性能不稳定问题,通过UT无损检测、力学性能检测、金相组织检测、电镜检测、能谱分析等手段,对试样宏观形貌、Z向残样断口及各类检测数据进行分析发现Z向性能不稳定,主要原因是中心Mn S夹杂聚集造成,此外,中心处带状组织及因元素偏析导致组织差异性,较大的组织应力也对Z向性能产生较大影响。In view of the unstable thick tensile properties of Q420GJBZ35 continuous casting extra thick plate, the macro morphology,Z-direction residual fracture and various test data of the sample were analyzed by means of UT nondestructive testing, mechanical property testing, metallographic structure testing, electron microscope testing and energy spectrum analysis. It was found that the unstable Z-direction properties were mainly caused by the accumulation of MnS inclusions in the center. In addition, the banded structure at the center and the difference of structure caused by element segregation, and the larger structure stress also have a greater impact on the z-direction properties.
