摘  要:为实现带钢质量检验智能化升级、改革需求,开发了不锈冷轧带钢表面质量判定系统。对该体系的基础系统服务、系统管理展示进行分析,重点对表检报告模块中的神经网络评价系统及规则评价系统展开详细阐述,并比较两套系统的缺陷判定能力。应用实践证明,通过神经网络与规则评价系统两套判定体系对不锈冷轧带钢表面质量做出打分与汇总,得出两套体系均可准确识别出夹杂不合卷。In order to realize the intelligent upgrade and reform requirements of strip quality inspection, a surface quality determination system for stainless cold-rolled strip was developed. By analyzing the basic system services and system management display of the system,the neural network evaluation system and rule evaluation system in the table inspection report module are elaborated, and the defect judgment capabilities of the two systems are compared. The application practice has proved that the two sets of judgment systems, the neural network and the rule evaluation system, are used to score and summarize the surface quality of the stainless cold-rolled strip, and it is concluded that the two sets of systems can accurately identify the defect strip of inclusions.
