摘  要:针对三棒产线轧制生产的齿轮钢以及CrMo系列圆钢存在成品弯曲度过大,硬度不合国标要求的情况,通过产、学、研合作引进超快冷控轧工艺,采用在渣后控制冷却、在机组间控制轧制相结合的方式,严格控制合金钢棒材的返红温度,实现对齿轮钢、CrMo钢组织的控制,有效控制了组织比例和带状等级,解决了产品弯曲问题,改善了产品的加工性能。In view of the situation that the finished products of gear steel and CrMo series round steel rolled by the three bar production line have excessive bending and the hardness does not meet the requirements of the national standard, the ultrafast cold controlled rolling process is introduced through the cooperation of production, learning and research, and the combination of controlled cooling after slag and controlled rolling between units is adopted to strictly control the reddening temperature of alloy steel bars, so as to control the microstructure of gear steel and CrMo steel. The structure proportion and band grade are effectively controlled, the product bending problem is solved, and the processing performance of the product is improved.
