摘　　要：基于包装用电镀锡钢板应用现状,对金属材料包装市场需求进行分析,并结合河钢衡板的设备条件,通过对生产极薄电镀锡钢板的过程进行深入分析,探索二次冷轧电镀锡钢板新工艺路线,提出充分发挥设备优势、提高二次冷轧电镀锡钢板生产效率的有效途径。Based on the analysis of the demand of the metal packaging market, and the equipment condition of HBIS HENGSTRIP, through in-depth analysis of the process of producing extremely thin tinplates, this paper explores the new process route of double reduction tinplates, and puts forward an effective way to give full play to the advantages of equipment and improve the production efficiency of double reduction tinplates.
