摘　　要：介绍首钢长治钢铁有限公司MG500/MG600矿用高强韧性、高精度锚杆钢的生产工艺流程、关键技术研究和应用效果,并针对国内深井煤矿需求热点,开展锚杆钢高强度控制技术研究、高强度基础上的高塑韧性控制技术研究和高尺寸精度控制研究,取得高强度下的高塑韧性指标,促进了煤巷支护领域设备的升级换代,提高了煤矿支护作业的安全性。This paper introduces the production process, key technology research and application effect of MG500/MG600 high strength and toughness, high precision anchor rod steel for mining in Shougang Changzhi Iron and Steel Co. In view of the hot demand of domestic deep coal mines, the research on high strength control technology of anchor steel, high plasticity and toughness control technology based on high strength and high dimensional accuracy control were carried out, and the high plasticity and toughness index under high strength was obtained, which promoted the upgrading of coal roadway support field and improved the safety of coal mine support operation.
