采用精益六西格玛方法提高电渣钢F成分的一次命中率研究

摘　　要：为在较短时间内将电渣成分控制在一个较稳定的水平,最大限度满足下工序要求,采用精益六西格玛方法对影响电渣钢F成分一次命中率的原因进行选题、测量、分析改进及控制,最终实现了电渣钢F成分的一次命中率的提高。In order to control the electroslag composition at a stable level in a short time and meet the requirements of the next process to the greatest extent, the Lean Six Sigma method is used to select the topic, measure, analyze, improve and control the reasons affecting the one-time hit rate of electroslag steel F composition. And finally the improvement of the one-time hit rate of electroslag steel F composition is realized.
