摘　　要：简要介绍铝合金熔炼和铸造生产过程自动化程度的现状,明确提高熔炼和铸造生产过程自动化程度的目标,并对送料过程和钢锭起吊、放置过程中出现的问题进行分析,同时提出针对性的解决方法。This paper briefly introduces the current situation of the automation of aluminum alloy melting and casting production process,and puts forward the goal of improving the automation of the melting and casting production process. The problems in the process of feeding and ingot hoisting and placement are analyzed, and targeted solutions are put forward.
