摘  要:为提高炉渣选矿效益,通过对磨机衬板、磨矿浓度、磨矿介质、分级参数等进行优化,使磨矿系统处理能力提高25%,钢耗下降44%,磨矿电耗下降20%,浮选后尾矿品位下降0.03%,提高了磨矿效率,降低了磨矿成本,提高了浮选指标。In order to improve the benefit of slag beneficiation, the grinding efficiency, grinding cost and flotation index are improved through the optimization of mill liner, grinding concentration, grinding medium and classification parameters. Through optimization, the processing capacity of the grinding system is increased by 25%, the steel consumption is reduced by 44%, the grinding power consumption is reduced by 20%, and the tailings grade after flotation is reduced by 0.03%. The grinding efficiency is improved, the grinding cost is reduced and the flotation index is improved.
