摘 要:应用方便灵活的无线测温和热成像技术对高炉炉壳的重点部位进行全面的检测,利用热成像进行全面的检测,发现了温度异常区域后对重点关注部位进行点的检测,预防炉壳的烧穿,对温度数据采集及存储,通过查看历史趋势来对测温点状况进行预判,并采取相应的措施,为高炉的安全生产创造好的环境,避免恶性事故的发生。The convenient and flexible wireless temperature measurement and thermal imaging technology is applied to the ironmaking blast furnace to comprehensively detect the key parts of the blast furnace shell. The thermal imaging is used to detect the surface. After the abnormal temperature area is found, the key parts are detected to prevent the burn through of the furnace shell. The temperature data is collected and stored. The status of the temperature measurement points is predicted by viewing the historical trend, and corresponding measures are taken, creating a better environment for the safe production of blast furnace and avoiding the occurrence of malignant accidents.
