摘　　要：冷轧连续退火线传统的张力控制方法主要包括开卷卷取张力控制、张力辊张力控制、活套张力控制。通过对炉内张力控制方式进行深入分析研究,优化了连退线中的传统张力控制方法,建立了炉内张力控制模式,并且对部分炉辊的异常状态进行控制,有效提高了工艺速度,增加了带钢产量,提高了带钢质量。The traditional tension control methods of cold rolling annealing furnace mainly include uncoiling and coiling tension control,bridle roll tension control and looper tension control. Through the in-depth analysis and research on the tension control mode in the furnace, the traditional tension control method in the annealing furnace is optimized, the tension mode in the furnace is established, and the abnormal state of some furnace rollers is controlled, which effectively improves the process speed, increases the production and improves the quality of strip steel.
