摘 要:超洁净高炉煤气干法除尘技术是采用箱体过滤负荷“均布”技术、净煤气箱式自反吹清灰技术、机械式压力卸输灰技术等多项技术对传统的低压氮气脉冲反吹高炉煤气干法除尘工艺进行了开创性改进。该技术已成功运用到530~3 800 m^(3)各级别炉容的高炉上,具有运行可靠成本低、设备寿命长、维护费用低、过滤效果好等诸多优点,实现了节能、降耗、环保的目的,取得了良好的经济效益,为高炉煤气干法除尘系统的设计和改造提供有益借鉴。The ultra clean blast furnace gas dry dust removal technology is a pioneering improvement on the traditional low-pressure nitrogen pulse back blowing blast furnace gas dry dust removal process by using many technologies, such as box filter load "uniform distribution" technology, clean gas box self reverse blowing dust removal technology, mechanical pressure unloading and ash transportation technology and so on. The technology has been successfully applied to blast furnaces with 530 ~ 3 800 m^(3) furnace capacity. It has many advantages, such as reliable operation, low cost, long equipment life, low maintenance cost, good filtration effect and so on. It has achieved the purpose of energy saving, consumption reduction and environmental protection, and achieved good economic benefits, which provides a useful reference for the design and transformation of high furnace gas dry dedusting system.
