摘　　要：宣钢为响应国家CO_(2)减排号召,在现有设备基础上进行转炉底吹CO_(2)技术改造。改造后,炼钢作业区实现全钢种底吹CO_(2)供气工艺。底吹CO_(2)工艺应用炉次,各钢种钢铁料消耗明显降低,转炉脱磷效率进一步提高,另外煤气回收量有所增加,炉渣氧化性显著降低,从而优化了溅渣效果,提高了转炉工作效率。In response to the national call for CO_(2)emission reduction, Xuansteel carried out the technical transformation of converter bottom blowing CO_(2)on the basis of existing equipment. After the transformation, the steel-making operation area realizes the all steel bottom blowing CO_(2)gas supply process. With the application of bottom blowing CO_(2)process, the steel material consumption of various steel types is significantly reduced, the dephosphorization efficiency of the converter is further improved. In addition, the gas recovery is increased, and the slag oxidation is significantly reduced, so as to optimize the slag splashing effect and improve the working efficiency of the converter.
