摘  要:以山西牟匡15209综采工作面过F4断层为工程实例,提出采用俯斜爆破法过断层,并对过断层技术方案以及松动爆破参数进行设计;综合使用“围岩注浆+撞锲支护+恒阻锚索吊棚”等方法控制顶煤及顶板岩层。现场应用后,采面耗时8 d通过F4断层,在过断层期间未出现冒顶、液压支架失稳等不良情况,实现了采面安全、快速过断层。Taking the F4 fault crossing of Mukuang 15209 fully mechanized mining face in Shanxi Province as an engineering example, the downdip blasting method is proposed to cross the fault, and the fault crossing technical scheme and loosening blasting parameters are designed. The methods of "surrounding rock grouting + wedge impact support + constant resistance anchor cable hanging shed" are comprehensively used to control the top coal and roof strata. After field application, the mining face took 8 days to pass through F4 fault,and there were no adverse conditions such as roof fall and hydraulic support instability during crossing the fault, so as to realize the safe and rapid crossing of the mining face.
