摘 要:为进一步提升综采工作面顶煤的回收率,降低煤炭生产成本,提高经济效益,以我国西部某煤矿为例,在分析地质、煤层条件的基础上,从煤层赋存深度、完整性以及顶板条件等七个维度分析综采放顶煤开采工艺的适应性,同时在对顶煤弱化处理的基础上应用放顶煤开采工艺,使得煤炭回收率和工作面推进速度得到显著提升。In order to further improve the recovery rate of top coal in fully mechanized mining face, reduce coal production cost and improve economic benefits, taking a coal mine in Western China as an example, based on the analysis of geology and coal seam conditions,the adaptability of fully mechanized top coal caving mining technology is analyzed from seven dimensions such as coal seam occurrence depth, integrity and roof conditions. At the same time, the top coal caving mining technology is applied on the basis of weakening the top coal. The coal recovery rate and the advancing speed of the working face have been significantly improved.
