摘  要:现代高速线材的最大特点是高线速度与高精度,但由于生产工艺与设备使用的原因,减定径堆钢故障时有发生,减定径堆钢故障严重制约和影响高速线材安全稳定生产,现已成为高速线材生产的最大瓶颈。本文现将重点分析减定径堆钢的原因,并且针对这些原因提出相应的解决对策。The biggest feature of modern high-speed wire rod is high-speed and high-precision. However, due to the use of production technology and equipment, the failure of reducing and sizing steel stacking occurs from time to time. The failure of reducing and sizing steel stacking seriously restricts and affects the safe and stable production of high-speed wire rod, and has become the biggest bottleneck of high-speed wire rod production. This paper will focus on the analysis of the reasons for reducing sizing pile steel, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures for these reasons.
