摘 要:通过对日钢低碳低硅钢中增硅机理进行研究分析,明确了在当前工艺条件下LF精炼脱氧脱硫搅拌作业负荷量大、过程高铝控制还原、精炼周期偏长、钙处理、石灰质量等是增硅的主要影响因素,并针对以上增硅原因提出了相应改进措施,使低碳低硅过程增硅受控。Through the research and analysis of silicon-increasing mechanism in low-carbon and low-silicon steel, it is clear that the main influencing factors of silicon-increasing are the large load of LF refining deoxidization and desulfurization, reduction and silicon-increasing of aluminium, long refining cycle, calcium treatment and lime quality under the current technological conditions. In view of the above reasons for silicon-increasing, corresponding improvement measures are put forward. The silicon-increasing in low-carbon and low-silicon process is controlled.
