消肿臁疮汤治疗湿热瘀阻型下肢静脉性溃疡临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察消肿臁疮汤治疗湿热瘀阻型下肢静脉性溃疡的临床疗效。方法将76例湿热瘀阻型下肢静脉性溃疡患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组38例予敏感抗生素治疗,治疗组38例在对照组治疗基础上加消肿臁疮汤口服治疗,2组均治疗14 d后统计疗效。比较2组治疗前后症状体征评分和白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平和创面分泌物细菌培养阳性率变化。结果治疗后,2组创面脱腐情况、炎性浸润、渗出量及渗液质地评分和白细胞计数、中性粒细胞百分比及CRP水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组创面分泌物细菌培养阳性率均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消肿臁疮汤治疗湿热瘀阻型下肢静脉性溃疡疗效确切,可有效控制慢性炎症。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Xiaozhong Lianchuang Decoction for venous leg ulcer(VLU).Methods A total of 76 VLU patients(dampness-heat-stasis type)were randomly assigned into the treatment group(n=38)and the control group(n=38).All patients were managed by the sensitive antibiotic,and those in the treatment group were additionally treated with oral Xiaozhong Lianchuang Decoction.Treated for 14 days,the symptoms and signs score,the white blood cell count(WBC),the neutrophil percentage,the C-reactive protein(CRP),the positive rate of bacteria culture were included as comparators;the curative effect was assessed.Results After treatment,the decomposition of wounds,inflammatroy infiltration,wound exudate volume,texture of exudate,WBC,the neutrophil percentage,CRP in groups were decreased(P<0.05),the treatment group was more common(P<0.05);the positive rate of bacteria culture in groups was decreased(P<0.05),which in the treatment group was decreased in comparison with the control group(P<0.05);The clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For VLU patients(dampness-heat-stasis type),Xiaozhong Lianchuang Decoction has a definite curative effect and can effectively control chronic inflammation.
