摘 要:对插入锚定密封的弹性爪结构在插入封隔器过程中的插入力进行了理论分析,并将该受力结构简化为一端固定非端部受集中载荷的悬臂梁模型,通过对该模型的力平衡方程求解,建立了弹性爪插入力求解的理论计算公式。对理论公式参数化分析,优选了弹性爪的插入角、插入挠度参数,结合对弹性爪长度、爪厚度、爪切槽宽度等参数,使用Workbench参数化设计方法,得到不同弹性爪结构的弹性爪插入力、最大等效应力;结合弹性爪金属材料的最小屈服强度参数,选择弹性爪长度为142 mm、爪厚度为4.5 mm、爪切槽宽度为20 mm的弹性爪结构为最优设计方案。对优化后的弹性爪结构的插入力进行了实物测试验证,测试结果与FEA分析结果接近,表明优选的弹性爪结构是满足设计要求的。The theoretical analysis of the insertion force of the elastic claw structure inserted into the anchor of the packer was carried out,and the force-bearing structure was simplified as a cantilever beam model with one end fixed and the other end subjected to concentrated load.The force balance equation was solved and the theoretical calculation formula for the solution of the insertion force of the elastic claw was established.Through the parametric analysis of the theoretical formula,the insertion angle and insertion deflection parameters of the elastic claw were optimized,combined with the elastic claw length,claw thickness,and claw cut width.The parametric design method of Workbench was used to obtain the elastic claw insertion force and the maximum equivalent stress of different elastic claw structures.Combined with the minimum yield strength parameters of the elastic claw metal material,the elastic claw structure with an elastic claw length of 142 mm,a claw thickness of 4.5 mm,and a claw groove width of 20 mm was finally selected as the optimal design.The insertion force of the optimized elastic claw structure was verified by a physical test.The physical test result is close to the FEA analysis result,indicating that the optimal elastic claw structure meets the design requirements.
