低品位氟资源制备无水氟化氢工艺研究进展

摘　　要：无水氟化氢作为氟材料产业的基础原材料,传统生产工艺为萤石硫酸法。受限国内萤石资源的日益匮乏和限制开采,针对磷肥副产低品位氟资源制备无水氟化氢的工艺技术分别进行了论述,并对工艺研究进展及优缺点进行了评价,为今后的研究工作提供参考。As the basic raw material of fluorine material industry,and the traditional production process of anhydrous hydrogen fluoride is fluorite sulfuric acid method.Limited by the increasing shortage of domestic fluorite resources and limited exploitation,the process technology of preparing anhydrous hydrogen fluoride from low-grade fluorine resources,a by-product of phosphate fertilizer is discussed,and the process research progress,advantages and disadvantages is evaluated,so as to provide some reference for future research work.
