江西省县级奶牛布病净化示范区的探索

摘　　要：自2017年起,江西省在两个县推进奶牛布病区域净化工作,已达到布病净化示范区评估标准,形成了推动县级奶牛布病净化区的“江西路径”。本文重点从布病区域净化基本条件、落实属地服务保障、强化部门监管能力、完善动物防疫屏障、夯实防疫主体责任体系等五大方面阐述江西奶牛布病区域净化技术规范,并进一步探讨江西奶牛布病区域净化经验。Since 2017,two counties in Jiangxi province has promoted the program of brucellosis eradication in dairy cattle,which has reached the evaluation standard of brucellosis eradication zone,forming a Jiangxi path to promote brucellosis eradication zone in dairy cattle.The technical specifications of brucellosis eradication zone in dairy cattle in Jiangxi province were elaborated in five aspects:the basic requirements of brucellosis eradication zone,implement territorial management responsibilities,the strengthening of animal epidemic prevention supervision,the improvement of animal epidemic prevention facilities and promoting subject responsibility of enterprise.Finally,the experience of brucellosis eradication zone in dairy cattle in Jiangxi province was discussed.
