以云计算技术创新推动数字信息基础设施高水平发展

摘　　要：数字经济进入算力时代,国家发展战略要求大力建设数字信息基础设施,云计算是数字信息基础设施的核心组成部分,云计算技术创新成为关系我国发展全局的重大问题。文章从算力发展视角出发,阐述云计算发展需要考虑的三大关系,分析云计算技术现状,提出我国云计算更高水平发展需要解决的四大问题,指出我国云计算技术创新总体目标和重点研发方向,结合技术发展趋势和已经开展的科研工作,分析展望云计算可能取得突破的关键创新技术。Digital economy enters the era of computing power,digital information infrastructure is required to build for the national development strategy,cloud computing is the core component of digital information infrastructure.Cloud computing technology innovation has become a major issue related to the overall development of our country.From the perspective of computing power development,this paper expounds three relationships that need to be considered in the development of cloud computing,analyzes the current situation of cloud computing technology,puts forward four major problems that need to be solved in the higher level development of cloud computing in China,points out the overall goal and key R&D direction of cloud computing technology innovation in China,and analyzes and looks forward to the key innovative technologies that may make a breakthrough in cloud computing in combination with the technology development trend and the scientific research work that has been carried out.
