摘　　要：针对不拆高、中压一次引线测量500 kV主变压器绝缘电阻结果不准确的问题,分析数字兆欧表的电路结构及屏蔽测量功能原理,结合500 kV主变压器的主绝缘结构特性,提出采用屏蔽法测量主变压器绕组各部分及套管绝缘电阻,再辅以其他指标分析判断,以实现准确、全面的检测500 kV主变压器的绝缘性能。In view of the inaccuracy of the test results of measuring the insulation resistance of the 500 kV main transformer without dismantling the high voltage leadwires.This paper analyzes the circuit structure of digital megohmmeter and the princi-ple of shielding measurement function,and combined with the main insulation structure characteristics of 500 kV main trans-former,it proposes the shielding method to measure the insulation resistance of each part of the main transformer winding and bushing,and then supplemented it by other indicators analysis and judgment,it can accurately and comprehensively test the in-sulation performance of the 500 kV main transformer.
