摘 要:为减小在强烈地震下铁路站房的破坏,推动减隔震技术在铁路站房中的广泛应用,从普适性的角度对站房结构中减隔震技术应用与研究现状进行系统性评述。根据站房与线路、广场间不同位置关系,梳理站房的9种类型及典型实例,并归纳站房具有的平面布置复杂、夹层和错层较多、柱网尺寸大、楼板局部不连续及竖向刚度分布不均匀等结构特点;根据铁路站房规模,统计国内小型、中型、大型及特大型共27个典型站房的自振周期,发现随着站房规模的增大,其前3阶自振周期逐渐增大;通过分析国内外站房中减震和隔震技术应用的工程案例,提出铁路站房中减隔震部件的主要类型及布设位置。从高烈度寒冷地区铁路站房中减隔震装置的性能、近断层区减隔震技术、减隔震设计标准的编制、减隔震运维管理方法的制定及减隔震韧性的评价等5个方面,探讨铁路站房中减隔震技术应用面临的挑战;提出研发低温下减隔震装置、研究近断层站房减隔震设计方法及编制站房减隔震设计标准、减隔震站房的运维管理标准和韧性评价标准等建议,以期为减隔震技术在铁路站房中的进一步推广提供参考。In order to reduce the damage of railway station buildings under severe earthquakes and promote the widespread application of seismic isolation technology,the systematic review on the application and research status of seismic isolation technology in railway station buildings is presented from the perspective of universal applicability.The 9 types and typical examples of station buildings were sorted out according to different location relationships among station buildings,lines and squares.And such structural characteristics of station buildings were generalized as complex plane layout,more interlayers and staggered layers,large size of column grid,partial discontinuity of floor slab and uneven distribution of vertical stiffness.According to the scale of railway station buildings,the natural vibration periods of 27 typical railway station buildings in China were counted including small,medium,large and extra-large station buildings.It was found that the first three-order natural vibration periods gradually increased with the increase of the station building scale.By analyzing the engineering cases of the seismic isolation technology applied in station buildings at home and abroad,the main types and layout positions of seismic isolation components in railway station buildings were proposed.The challenges faced in the application of seismic isolation technology in railway station buildings were discussed from 5 aspects:the performance of the seismic isolation devices in high intensity cold regions,the seismic isolation technology in near-fault regions,the compilation of seismic isolation design standard,the maintenance and management methods for seismic isolation,and the evaluation for the seismic isolation resilience of railway station buildings.Such suggestions were put forward as developing the seismic isolation devices at low temperature,studying the seismic isolation design method for station buildings in near-fault regions,and standardizing the compilation of seismic isolation design,maintenance and manageme
