中药熏蒸联合超短波治疗急性腰扭伤效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究中药熏蒸联合超短波治疗急性腰扭伤效果及对患者腰椎功能的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月郴州市某医院收治的88例急性腰扭伤患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,各44例。对照组患者给予超短波治疗,研究组患者给予中药熏蒸联合超短波治疗,2组患者均持续治疗2个疗程。比较2组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、Oswestry腰椎功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、日本骨科协会评估治疗(JOA)评分、β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平和血栓素B_(2)(TXB_(2))水平,比较2组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗前,2组患者VAS评分、ODI评分及JOA评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者VAS评分、ODI评分均低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者JOA评分均高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者β-EP水平和TXB_(2)水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组患者β-EP水平均高于治疗前且研究组高于对照组,TXB_(2)水平均低于治疗前且研究组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者治疗总有效率为95.45%,高于对照组的81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸联合超短波治疗急性腰扭伤效果良好,可有效改善患者腰椎功能,能让患者更快更好地恢复到原有状态,值得临床上进一步推广使用。Objective To explore the effect of Chinese medicine fumigation combined with the ultrashort wave in treating acute lumbar sprain pain and its effect on lumbar spine function.Methods A total of 88 patients with acute lumbar sprain who were admitted to a hospital in Chenzhou City from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected as subjects.They were assigned to a study group and a control group by the random number table method,with 44 cases in each group.The patients in the control group received ultrashort wave therapy,while the patients in the research group Chinese medicine fumigation in combination with ultrashort wave therapy,and the patients in both groups were treated continuously for 2 courses.The Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score,Oswestry disability index(ODI)score,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score,β-endorphin(β-EP)level and thromboxane B_(2)(TXB_(2))levels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical effects were compared between the two groups of patients.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the VAS,ODI and JOA scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the VAS,ODI,scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference inβ-EP and TXB_(2) levels between the 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,theβ-EP levels of patients in both groups were higher than those before treatment,with the study group higher than the control group;the TXB_(2) levels were lower than those before treatment,with the study group lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment was 95.45%in the study group,which was higher than that of the control group(81.82%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The Chinese medicine fumigation in combination with ultrashort wave therapy for acute lumbar sprain
