摘  要:目的探讨强化三球式呼吸锻炼联合持续氧疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者呼吸及运动功能的影响。方法选取2018年5月—2020年5月南阳市某医院收治的COPD稳定期患者132例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各66例。对照组患者给予持续氧疗及药物治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上给予强化三球式呼吸锻炼,2组患者均持续治疗3个月。比较2组患者治疗前及治疗3个月时呼吸功能[动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))、动脉血氧分压饱和度(SaO_(2))、动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))]、运动功能[6分钟步行试验(6MWT)、最大摄氧量(VO_(2max))、无氧阈(AT)]、临床症状[慢阻肺患者自我评估测试(CAT)评分、呼吸困难量表(mMRC)评分]。结果治疗后,2组患者PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)、6MWT、VO_(2max)及AT水平均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者PaCO_(2)水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组患者CAT评分及mMRC评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论强化三球式呼吸锻炼联合持续氧疗能够改善COPD稳定期患者呼吸功能和运动功能,缓解临床症状,可在临床上推广使用。Objective To investigate the effects of intensive Tri-Ball respiratory muscle exercise combined with continuous oxygen therapy treatment on respiratory and motor functions in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable phase.Methods A total of 132 patients with stable COPD admitted to a hospital in Nanyang from May 2018 to May 2020 were selected as subjects,who were assigned to an observation group and a control group using the random number table method,with 66 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received continuous oxygen and drug therapies,and patients in the observation group received Tri-Ball respiratory muscle exercise in addition to the therapies in the control group,and patients in both groups were treated continuously for 3 months.Respiratory function[arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2)),arterial partial pressure of oxygen saturation(SaO_(2)),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO_(2))],motor function[6-minute walk test(6MWT),maximum oxygen uptake(VO_(2max)),anaerobic threshold(AT)],clinical symptoms[COPD Assessment Test(CAT)scores,modified Medical Research Council scale(mMRC)]were compared between the two groups before treatment and at 3 months of treatment.Results The PaO_(2),SaO_(2),6MWT,VO_(2max) and AT levels after treatment were higher in both groups than those before treatment,with the observation group higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).PaCO_(2) levels after treatment were lower in both groups than those before treatment,with the observation group lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).CAT and mMRC scores of patients in both groups were lower than those before treatment,with the observation group lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intensive Tri-Ball respiratory muscle exercise in combination with continuous oxygen therapy can improve respiratory function and motor function and r
