羊乳基营养粉对去卵巢骨质疏松大鼠骨密度影响的研究

摘  要:通过雌性大鼠双侧卵巢去势,构建骨质疏松大鼠模型。骨质疏松大鼠分别连续经口给予双益(益生菌和益生元)羊乳基营养粉和高钙羊乳基营养粉8周后,评价其对骨质疏松模型大鼠的影响。结果显示,双益羊乳基营养粉和高钙羊乳基营养粉均可明显减缓骨质疏松模型大鼠体重增长,显著增加钙的摄入及吸收率(P<0.01),显著增加股骨骨密度(P<0.05或P<0.01)。表明双益羊乳基营养粉和高钙羊乳基营养粉对骨质疏松模型大鼠骨密度具有改善作用。Female rats were ovariectomized to establish osteoporotic rats model in this study. Osteoporotic rats were administered probiotics &prebiotics goat milk-based nutritional powder and high calcium & selenium goat milk-based nutritional powder individually by oral for 8weeks to evaluate the effects of goat milk-based nutritional powder on osteoporotic rats. Results showed that probiotics & prebiotics goat milk-based nutritional powder and high calcium & selenium goat milk-based nutritional powder could significantly slow down the weight increasing of osteoporotic rats, and increase calcium intake and absorption rate(P<0.05), and significantly increase femoral bone Density(P<0.05or P<0.01), indicating that probiotics & prebiotics goat milk-based nutritional powder and high calcium & selenium goat milk-based nutritional powder can improve the bone mineral density of osteoporotic rats.
