摘 要:为了获取真空断路器的机械特性信息,需要对其进行参数测量和状态分析,而计算断路器合闸速度需要获得动、静触头的刚合点。首先介绍了几种断路器机械特性测试用的传感器,梳理比较了现有的几种断路器刚合点提取方法,明确各个方法的优缺点,并结合滤波求导法提取某型断路器刚合点,同时与真实的刚合点进行对比。在在线监测应用中,所述几种方法均可以提取断路器刚合点,实际应用中要有所取舍。In order to obtain the mechanical characteristic information of the vacuum circuit breaker,it is necessary to perform the parameter measurement and state analysis,and to calculate the closing speed of the circuit breaker.It is necessary to obtain the moment-close point of the moving and static contacts.First,several methods for testing the mechanical characteristics of circuit breakers are introduced,and the existing methods for extracting the moment-close point are compared.The advantages and disadvantages of each method are clarified.Combined with the filter derivation method,the moment-close point of a certain type circuit breaker is extracted and compared with the real moment-close point.For online monitoring applications,the above methods can extract the moment-close point of the circuit breakers.There must be some trades-off in practice.
