摘 要:针对原水pH偏高以及由此造成的出厂水铝浓度过高的水质问题,文中以提升供水水质为目标,在上海某水厂20万m^(3)/d制水线开展投加二氧化碳调节pH控铝应用研究。研究结果表明:该技术可有效降低原水pH,保障出厂水pH稳定,pH值调节误差在±0.10;可稳定控铝,调节原水pH值在7.20-7.40,可保持出厂水铝质量浓度在0.05 mg/L以下;具有强化混凝作用,在不影响出厂水浑浊度的情况下,可减少30%-50%的混凝剂投加量;降低水厂制水成本,相较于投加酸性混凝剂调pH技术,投加二氧化碳调节pH技术可节约费用为0.0048元/m^(3)。In view of the water quality problem of high aluminum concentration in outflow of water treatment plant(WTP)caused by the high pH of the source water,this paper aimed to improve the water quality and conducted a research on the application of carbon dioxide to adjust pH to control aluminum in a WTP with water volume of 200000 m^(3)/d in Shanghai.Results showed that this technology could reduce the pH of raw water effectively to ensure the pH stability of the outflow of WTP,and the pH value adjustment error was within±0.10.It could stably control aluminum,and adjust the pH value of raw water which was 7.20-7.40,which could keep the aluminum mass concentration of the outflow below 0.05 mg/L.It had the effect of strengthening coagulation,which could reduce the dosage of coagulant by 30%-50%without affecting the turbidity of the effluent water.And it could reduce the operating cost of WTP.Compared with adding acid coagulant to adjust pH,adding carbon dioxide to adjust pH could save 0.0048 yuan/m^(3).
